The Witch King

The self-stylized 'Witch King', Lee is the only son of one of the older Siren Cove families and is incredibly spoiled by his wealthy parents. Using his magic mostly to manipulate those he considers 'lesser', he's exactly the kind of witch the police keep an eye on.
