We should definitely do some plotting with him and Nerium, I feel like it could be a fascinating dynamic.

They sound very much like two sides of the same coin. Both from old witch families with great power and money. But while he is the manipulative playboy (and from what it seems doing it for his own kicks and giggles), her manipulation and darkness comes from her devotion to her family and their devout worship of that darkness and chaos. Lawful evil to Chaotic evil? She too considers herself a Queen, the last in a line of great sorceresses with royalty in her blood.

I'm torn between what sort of deeper connection there might be in their history. Grimhildes are matriarchal and rather despise men. However Nerium's mother was a bit different. Before she died, I wonder if she and his family would have even discussed a betrothal. Of course, Nerium's grandmother would have heard nothing of it and halted the idea in its tracks. They are close in age.

At this point though, I feel like there'd be a lot of animosity between them. Thinking him reckless with his power. Their commonalities only intensifying their differences.

I'm def up for some plotting btwn them! Idk about the betrothal thing though, tbh. I think if his family were to arrange a marriage for him it'd probably be to a Taiwanese witch family instead? They're very insular with their magic style and such.

I can def see a lot of animosity though, considering the differences in their magic styles and such!
